My Mom as a media specialist was teaching her class of Second graders. One student tells another about how his mom got bit by a dog. Lynne Rhodes (my Mom) asks: "Is she ok? The boy responds she's fine.
A boy sitting near the back is shocked, and asks: "She's Blind?!"
Mom laughs and answers: "No, she's fine."
A boy way in the back with a puzzled look on his face shouts: She got a fine!??
Mom laughed with the other students who were just old enough to understand the humor.
